Returns/Refunds. 🔴
RTS Items:
Returns/ Refunds will be provided on RTS items after the product is returned to the shop. Refunds can be credited back in full or as store credit.
Custom Items:
Returns/Refunds on Customs will only be issued if the item is defective or the wrong size. Refunds can be issued as store credit.
TAT.🔴
Turn around time for RTS items will be shipped in 1-5 BD.
Turn around time for custom items with on hand fabric will ship within 5-7 BD.
Turn around time for custom items with fabric that needs to be ordered will ship within 5-7BD after fabric is received. Fabric can take anywhere from 4-14 BD to arrive to me.

Ashlynn Faye’s Bowtique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it leaves my hand. I will help in any and every way I can but I am not responsible.
We are also not responsible for shipping delays once it leaves my hand.

My business hours are from 9am-7pm Monday-Friday. I will not respond to any business related messages outside of these hours. You may send a message at anytime but i will only be responding during those hours. If I am unable to get to your question or concern immediately any of our amazing reps will be able to assist you until I can get back to you. Our reps are located in the rep folder under albums.
